Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite holding a confirmed reservation, they had no record of it and were unwilling to assist in resolving the issue, which forced us to leave. The rooms we saw, especially the kamaras, were not only uncomfortable but also lacked proper maintenance. On the positive side, the staff's politeness was a saving grace, and we did enjoy the homemade breakfast items offered, particularly the cookies.
